charting 2 sets of dates against each other

HI
I have 2 sets of data(AB and CD),I've included a sample below
A contains the date the ticket was opened and B contains the numbe
opened on that date.
C contains the date it was closed and the total closed on that date
What I need is to plot AB against CD(preferable on a 2 line char
type)
The main problem I have is that the dates are no in sequence

Any suggestions appreciated
Thanks,
Gordon

It's not even necessary to move the data if it's an XY chart. Make an XY
chart with A and B, then copy C and D, select the chart, and choose
Paste Special from the Edit menu, with the New Series and Categories in
First Column options.

Hi Gordon,

If you rearrange you data so that C and D are appended to A and B.
Then move The values that were in D across to C.

You should then be able to select the 3 columns of data and create an
XY-scatter.

Cheers
Andy
