Chart: Need idea to display (Z axis)

I have data that is ideal for a column chart. There are 10 countries and the
market share %'s for Pepsi and Coke for each country. However, I also have
the growth rates for each country. I wanted to add the volumn growth to Z
axis of a 3D chart but don't know how to do? Any suggestion appreciated.

Market Share (1995)
Top 10 Markets Volume Growth (1994 - 1995) Coca-Cola Pepsi-Cola
United States 2 43 31
Mexico 1 61 21
Japan 10 34 5
Brazil 55 51 10
East-Central Europe 0 40 21
Germany -2 56 5
Canada 2 37 34
Middle East 0 23 38
China 0 20 10
United Kingdom 12 32 12

The best way to do this would be to create a second chart for growth rates.
Even if Excel were any good at plotting data on a "Z" axis, it's very
difficult to format such a chart so it is comprehensible.

A second approach would be to add the data to the market share column chart
(copy the range, select the chart, edit menu > paste special as new series)
then change the added series to a line chart type (chart menu > Chart type),
and if necessary assign this series to the secondary axis (double click >
axis tab).
