Chart - Missing Text on Vertical Axis

Please Help,

Question:
Is there a way to force excel to always show the entire source text for a
vertical axis on a chart?

Explaniation:
The Vertical Axis is not showing the entire text. For example, in the
soucre cell I have "Substandard Med Housing" and the chart shows "Substandard
Med".

I can resize the entire chart area and it will show the entire text, but I
need to shrink the chart to be placed in a report.

Question:
Is there a way to force excel to always show the entire source text for a
vertical axis on a chart?

This is a well know XL2003 bug and appears to be related to the video driver
since some people never see it. Try adding some text to the end of the title
and formatting it so the font has the same colour as the background to make
it invisible. A simple way is to add 'hard spaces' with ALT+0160 since these
are always invisible
