My agency tracks referrals on a month to month basis. I need to design a
graph to chart this month to month. No problem doing that, however I've run
into an issue keeping the Y Axis values to remain constant. For example, for
the month of May 2009, my agency received 689 referrals, so for that month Y
axis displays 0-700 in increments of 100. In June however, we only received
524 referrals, so for that month, the Y axis only displays 0-600 in
increments of 100. My boss wants the Y Axis to display 0-700 regardless of
how few referrals we received. Can this be done? Thanks for any help!
