Changing XP OS install Language

Hello all,

A friend of mine upgraded a '98 computer of hers, and somehow, ended
up installing XP in German! Is there a way, short of wiping and
reinstalling the harddrive, of changing the install Language? I'm
under the presumption that the Install Disk is an English Install
disk, and that she just messed up somehow.

The only way that what you describe can happen is if a
German version was used, and the only way out is a clean
install with an English version. Your friend *had* to
have realized something was amiss unless she's a complete
idiot.
