Changing WinCE device User interface language programmatically(urgent)

Hello,
I am developing a Windows application for a WinCE device for which i need to change the User Interface language of my device.Normally it is done through regional settings but i have to do it PROGRAMMATICALLY. Can anyone help me out in this? I need it urgently.
