changing user names

When I recently changed my user name, I noticed that the
old user name remained on the My Documents folder. I
tried to change it but the computer said that it was
required for windows to run properly and that the folder
name could not be changed. Is there any way to change the
name on the folder? Also, the old user name remained on
the log on screen. Any ideas about that? Thanks.

In order to change the name you need to copy your old profile to the
new one. After you're satisfied everything has been copied OK, you
can remove the old profile. You will then have the correct name on
the My Documents folder.
