Changing ' to " in position 1

[Dario de Judicibus]

I have several text cells which begins with an apostrophe. The apostrophe is
part of text. If I try to change apostrophes to quotes, Excel says that it
cannot find any match. Apostrophe is not considered part of text.

How can I change

'this is' a text
'hello' he said

to

"this is" a text
"hello" he said

by REPLACE ALL dialog?

would actually need to be entered with two leading single quote marks:

''this is' a text
''hello' he said

I was able to do a replace all, changing the single quotes to double,
ending up with
single quote double quote this is double quote a text ....
