changing the values of a validation list

I have a cell that has a validation list saigned to it. Depending on what
another cell's value is I want to chanege the validation list in this cell.

I have the command range setup to change the validation list. But where do
I put the code? I tried using an if statement in the cell that looksup the
list but all I get is the error #NAME

What am I doing wrong? It seams like Excel dosn't know that I have a
routine called AcuteList.
 
After reading your more recent postings, I am not certain this is an Access
question.
