Changing the spacing of links in a link bar?

My apologies for this resend. It was only on posting the first send

FrontPage 2003 - I would like to be able to adjust the spacing of the
links in the links bar in the shared left-hand border on my site at:

www.sandiwaygolf.co.uk/

I can't see a way of doing this. Is it possible? Ideally I would like
the spaces to be narrower bringing the links closed to each other.

You are using a themes nav bar buttons
- spacing is controlled by the images
Only way to change spacing is edit the theme images to add transparent space above/below each and modify your theme to use the new
button images

Stefan,

Having read your suggestion and having identified the filenames of the
two images used in the vertical link bar I opened them in Paint Shop
Pro. The images have a margin and I wondered if it was the margins that
were creating the spaces. So I cropped the images, saved them with a
different filename and using the cropped images customised the theme.
Having selected the customised theme for the link bar the buttons came
together and the spaces are no longer present.

Not quite your solution but you certainly pointed me in the right
direction. Thank you - I'm very grateful I asked. {8;-))

Unless you actually modify the images in the theme and saved the theme under a new name and then
removed and re-applied the theme, if you make change your images will be replaced.
