Changing the 'Last Saved' attribute on a excel/office document

Does anyone know how i'd go about removing the 'Last Saved' attribute from a
excel spreadsheet. I basically want to either change the name or delete it
all together.

I presume the name is taken from the name used whilst installing Office XP.
Is there a registry hack that I can do to change this name?

I think I saw this under tools / options /general or tools / security. You
will see your name and organization and you should be able to clear those
fields close and open excel again.
