M moomoo Apr 6, 2004 #3 thank you. But how do I do that? i mean what do you mean by creating a template?
D Dave Peterson Apr 7, 2004 #4 Start a new workbook. Change the settings the way you want. File|Save As At the bottom of that dialog is a Save As Type: box. Template (*.xlt) is not too far from the top. But watch out, the folder changed when you weren't looking. (Use Windows start button|Search (or Find) to find you XLStart folder.)
