Changing the date format

Hi,
I want the date format to be change the date format from 02/13/2006 to
"month date, year", e.g. "February 13, 2006. That is instead of
02 it should dispaly month.
Please help me out with this.

Operating system setting. look in Language and Regional options of the
Control Panel
