2007 A 65
2007 A 56
2007 A 34

Many thanks

Hi

From Debra Dalgleish's site -
The row headings show once in a Pivot Table, and there's no setting you can
change, to force them to repeat.
To create a table with a heading on each row, you could copy the pivot
table, paste it as values in another location,
and fill in the blanks, using the technique shown here:
http://www.contextures.com/xlDataEntry02.html .

Hi SD,

Don't give up quite so quickly there are solutions however your sample pivot
table layout appear very strange:

Why do you have 3 lines for 2006 A? Excel would collapse those into one
line if those are the only two conditions.

Could you show us some sample data.

Shane : 3 rows of data?. Yes it has 3 rows of data.. I have taken off
the subtotals . And A and B are formulas created in the pivot .

many thanks Roger and Shane for your replies.

thanks
SD
