Changing the color of text on a subject line

Say I wanted to distribute emails and wanted to be able to change the color
of the text in the subject line? For instance if I had red for really
important green for mildly important. blue for not important, and yellow for
read if you want too. Thank you very much!!

The recipient controls color-coding in their inbox, not the sender.
