Changing Text Color in Windows Explorer for files and folders?

Hello,

Is there a way to change the text colors for normal
files and folders in Windows Explorer? I'm trying to create a method
for alotting certain colors to certain kinds of folders/files (e.g.
empty folders have one color, etc.). Is this possible? The only thing I
have seen is changing the color of compressed or encrypted folders.

Thanks.

I installed BricoPacks Vista Inspirat which can do what you want to. It
does redo much of the explorer but is a change from the same old thing.

I'm looking for a way to use the original explorer.exe, not a
replacement file manager or anything.
