Changing tax percentages in a payroll program

I need some information on how to change tax percentage rates for a payroll worksheet in excel.
Everything was setup last year, I just ned to insert this year's values.

- what kind of formulas do you want to change
- what is your example layout
- example data (as plain text)

I doubt anyone will be able to provide some answers to you
