Changing Tab Colors (Globally) In Excel 2007

.......wondering if anyone can tell me a simple way to GLOBALLY change
worksheet tab colors in Excel 2007???

The grayscale tab colors are too similar and I would like a way to, by
default, have them appear in a pre-selected color.

In XL2003 you r-click, selct all sheets, r-click again, and pick tab
color. does this not still work in 2007?
