Changing Start Button text without rebooting

How can I change the start button text without rebooting Windows? Or, is
there free software that can do this for me?

All the tips I have read require a system restart, or at least logoff.
However, software like mySB will change the start button in a flash, without
a reboot. ( but it costs $$$ )

Suggestion: This utility changes the Text on the Start Button without a
reboot, if free of charge; however, lasts only until a reboot.

Change the Name of the Start Button (Line 111) right hand side
