Changing Space Between Files while Attaching

Quite often when I send out an email I must add an attachment. When I pull
up the screen and go to the folder I want I see a list of the files I can
choose from, simple. The problem I'm having is the number of files I can see
on the screen at once. I like to view them in the "List" format, but when I
look at them there are large gaps of nothing between the lists. When I
looked at my co-workers, her gaps were much smaller. I did a print screen,
but it doesn't look like I can put attachments on here, so here is an example
of what I see:

11111 22222 33333 44444
55555
11111 22222 33333 44444
55555
11111 22222 33333 44444
55555
11111 22222 33333 44444
55555
11111 22222 33333 44444
55555

Here is an example of what she see's:

11111 22222 33333 44444 55555 66666 77777 88888
11111 22222 33333 44444 55555 66666 77777 88888
11111 22222 33333 44444 55555 66666 77777 88888
11111 22222 33333 44444 55555 66666 77777 88888
11111 22222 33333 44444 55555 66666 77777 88888

I'd like to format mine so it looks like that and I can see more files on
each screen. If you want me to email you the actual file I saved showing
what it really looks like just leave your address.

Thanks in advance!

I actually figured it out. I was pretty simple, I had a long file name way
at the end of the list, and that not only made the row it was on larger, but
it did the same to all of the other rows. I deleted that file, and
everything went back to normal.
