Changing Sort Order of Report via Message or Drop Down Box

I've looked through the posts on sorting and didn't find one to address this
issue: I have a report sorted by date. Some users would like to see the
same report sorted by site. When they click on the 'Review Site' command
button to preview the report, can they be given the options to 'Sort by Site'
or 'Sort by Date' at the report level rather than having to create a form to
pass criteria to a query?

Any help would be most appreciated.
