Changing SMTP and POP Settings

Does any one know any scripts and third party softwares that will allow you
to change a remote computers Outlook SMTP and POP settings. I need to change
about 750 computers
 
is this in a corporate environment? not sure if you can do it with a logon
script (to change the registry), but that is your best bet.
