Changing sheet name based on a cell in another sheet

Hi All,

I'd like to name a sheet based on the the value on another sheet.
So, I have two sheets named "Source" and "Sheet 2"
I want to rename "Sheet 2" based on the value on cell A5 in sheet "Source"
