Changing settings in Outlook 2007

I'm in the process of converting some users from Thunderbird to Outlook. One
thing I've noticed is that, by default, when creating a new message in
Outlook 2007 it does NOT have the "bcc" field available. A user has to
insert this into each new mail message. My first question is this:

Is there a way to make it so that every new message created has the "bcc"
field showing?

Secondly, a user asked me if there is a way to increase the font or type
size of the mail messages listed in the main viewer. Perhaps that's vague,
but I'm talking about the pane just to the right of the folder lists. It
lists all mail messages in the folder being viewed. Is it possible to make
the fonts bigger? The user can see the date, subject, etc., but would like
it to be bigger. I'd greatly appreciate any help that can be provided on
either of these topics. Thank you.

1. turn on the bcc field and close the form. it should be visible when you
reopen.
2. that's the message list - you can adjust it using the automatic
formatting options in a custom view. in the two line view, only the first
line (usually the sender's name and sent time) are affected. You can't
change the second line that I know of - but in a 1 line view, all fields are
changed. Look on the View menu for Current view, Customize.
