Changing screen resolution shortcut?

Hi !

When I use a PC with a special driver (e.g. Nvidia) I get a taskbar icon for
quickly changing the screen resolution.

On one of my machines, however, there is no such driver and I have to go
every time imto the display control panel.

Is there some shortcut for doing it for a generic driver? Either as a
taskbar icon, a desktop context menu item, or I would even settle for a batch
file aI double click.
