Changing Ruler

Hi

I want to change the horizontal and vertical ruler to Millimeters or
Centimeters. In Word, we have an option in the Tools menu. But for doing the
samething, I have to change my system settings in the Regional Settings and
then proceed with my work. Is there no other option?? :o(
