I am changing PC's at my company. Our e-mail system is Exchange Server
based. On my old PC, I have my personal folders (.PST) established on my
hard drive in a folder on my desktop versus on the Exchange Server.
On my old PC, my personal folders show as additional folders outside of the
"Mailbox" folder tree.
I copied the personal folder from my old PC onto the desktop of my new PC.
On my new PC, I have tried to import my individual .PST folders, using the
Import/Export Wizard, from my desktop folder into Outlook but I cannot get
the .PST folders to establish themselves outside of my Exchange Server
"Mailbox". It continually places the .PST folders alphabetically within the
Exchange Server "Mailbox" folder tree where my Calendar, Inbox, Sent Items,
etc folders reside.
Can anyone shed light on what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
