Changing Passwords

I created a password to protect against tampering from a family member and
Ihave forgotten the password I entered....Sounds bad...Is there any way to
dissolve the Windows Log on preventing me to finish booting...There is only
the window saking for the password and I have typed everything I can think of
....I have troubleshot the F8 help section and even trying to go into Safe
Mode the windows log on is displayed...E-mail all suggestions to
(e-mail address removed)
