Changing partial text inside a text box to italics.

I would like to be able to use (probably) CHR$ codes to set part of the text
insides a text box to italics. For example, my text box is "text....." &
[field] & "more text..." I would like to set the [field] to italics.

AFAIK, it can't be done on a form unless you use an RTF control.
