Changing Outook 03 network password?

When I try to send status reports with Outlook 03 I get a pop up asking me
for my network password. I dont remember setting a password and cannot
figure out how to change it. How can I change the password?

Do you only get it when sending status reports? If you just type a simple
text message and send it, does it happen? What type of mail server?
