Changing Name on Opening Page of Verizon.Net

Can someone tell me how to change the name on the opening page where it says
Hello and then your name?? I want to use my own name instead of my sister's.
We live together and because both phones but separate phone lines are in her
name, somehow her name Jennifer Fleming instead of Debra Bays is on the
opening of Verizon.net opening page.

But here is it....start/run and type

control userpasswords2

select username and click properties to rename username.

I'm afraid you are asking your question in the wrong place.

This group is for Microsoft Access. It is not about accessing your computer.

For questions and problems with your Verizon.net account, you need to go to
Verizon.net customer support.

It is *very* obvious at the top of the page if you simply go to Verizon.net.
