Changing name display

How do I get my webpages within my website to read
http://mydomain.com/nameofmysubpage, instead of
http://mydomain.com/frames.htm? My domain hosting compnay said that it has
to do with the html code.

You'll have to explain better what you're talking about. Web Pages don't
"read." What exactly do you want to "read" as you have described? The title?
The status bar? The address bar? What?

Use JavaScript with a default page to load the frameset.
