Changing multiple array arguments simultaneously for a array formu

Hello,

When clicking on a cell that is part of an array formula, excel
automatically highlights the range of cells that are the array arguments to
the array formula.

If there are multiple array arguments that i want move to other cells so
that the array formula can calculate values for new input data, how can i
select and move all the array arguments SIMULTANEOUSLY. Right now, i have to
move them individually and it gets kind of cumbersome on a vlarge spreadsheet.

Thanks!

If you name your ranges you can set up drop down lists for each argumen
in the formula. While not exactly instant you can then select th
variables to include from a set of drop down lists rather than changin
the arrays themselves

I hope this makes sense to you

Hi Alex,

Thanks for responding.

If my understanding of what you are saying is correct, i would have drop
down boxes for each array cell arguments and i would then have to select the
appropriate name for each argument... again, i can't make a select one
individual array argument name, and have this change propagate to the other
array arguments of the same array formula?

Thanks,
Bing
