Changing menus

When I right click on a folder, the menu reads Search.... Open Explore. If I
double left click on the same folder, instead of opening the folder, it goes
to the search window - to search for a specific key word or file name. How
can I change the order in the menu to read "open, explore and then search",
to avoid the search window opening every time I want to open a file?
