Changing Logon Page

Does anyone know how I could change the 'ctl-alt-del' page
so that it can be identified as a particular server on a
kvm switch? Such as changing the background color, or
using a certain background?
 
I would like to add to that question.
Is there a way to change the actual bitmap or logo on the Logon Screen or on
the Locked Workstation window to a company created bitmap?
 
You can change the ctrl+alt+del requirement by disabling it in local
policies in the local security policy. however this is not the recommended
way bcoz pressing ctrl+alt+del enhances security and terminates any progrmas
other then windows requires to start.

He asked how to change the background color not disable it all together,

There is an app called Xteq which I think can do this
