Changing Location of Templates

I'm running Excel 2002 on XP Pro.

I want to change the location of my templates directory. "Help" says to go
to Microsoft Shortcut Bar, but of course, in XP, there's no such thing. In
Word, there's a tab under Tools/Options/File Locations, but not in Excel.

What do I do?
