changing language order with shortcut

I would like to be able to have a couple of shortcuts on
the desktop--one which opens IE with the Tools-->Internet
Options-->Language preference set to French and another
which opens IE with the Tools-->Internet Options--
Language preference set to English. Can the language
order be changed using a shortcut in this way?

TIA!

I'm not sure if this will work but it's worth a try.

Set it in one language opened to your site or a search engine and add it to
your Favorites.

Do the same for the other language and save it under an other name.

Does it work?

No, that doesn't seem to work. (Darn!) Whatever is set
as the preferred language of IE is the language the sites
are displayed in, regardless of how I saved them as
Favorites. Thanks, anyway.
