changing language of user interface

Hi! I bought a notebook in China and an XP HOME EDITION
came with it. But the user interface is in Chinese. Is it
possible to change it to English (I don't want to buy
another copy of XP)? Thank you for help!
 
No. Only the english pro can change languages, and MS only gives the language files to large companies.

You got to get the files from MS but they only sell to large companies.
