Changing language from Italian to English

A friends installed Vista Home Premium on his laptop, it's Spanish by default
but would like to change it to English so that other people can use it.

I've had a quick look at the machine, I can see that windows is mentioning
something about LIP's, I've done a quick search but can't find anywhere to
download them.
 
You can't change your language in Home Premium. It's only possible in
Ultimate and Enterprise!
 
LIPs will become available later for Vista.


MUIs are exclusive to Ultimate and can be found via Automatic Updates.
