changing information to a new tower

i got a new tower...does anyone know how I can switch all my information from
my old tower to my new tower????

If you've only couple profiles to transfer, the File And Settings
Transfer (F.A.S.T.) Wizard should suffice.

FAST is an option as Bruce indicated. Another way is to take the drive out
from the old computer (by tower you mean computer, right?) and install it as
a slave drive in the new computer. Then copy the user files. Depending on
where those files are stored you might need to take ownership of them.
