Changing Icon Size in Start-Up Tray

Lost many of the 'puter's personal settings. Have restored most, but
can't recall how to make the icons in the start-up tray larger.

The start up tray or the Quick Launch icons?

The quick launch ones are right click on an empty grey area
Select View
Select Large icons

I'm talking about the ones normally in the lower-right corner next to the
time.  Thanx.

Let me re-state my earlier question:  Is there a way to change the icon
size of icons in the start-up tray?  I'm not talking about the
quick-launch toolbar; I'm talking about the other ones which are
normally in the lower-right corner next to the time/clock.  Thanx.
