Changing from IMO to CW Mail Delivery

In Outlook 2000, I am trying to change from Internet Mail
Only to Corporate/Workgroup mail delivery. Help tells me
to go to TOOLS then OPTIONS then click on the MAIL
DELIVERY TAB. When I go to TOOLS and OPTIONS there is no
MAIL DELIVERY TAB on the OPTIONS menu. How can I change
to CW mode?

If you select Help | About Microsoft Outlook, what is mode does it say you
are in? (It should be the 2nd or 3rd line down from the top of the dialog.)

Do you have a mail services tab or something similar? look on all tabs for a buton called Reconfigure...

Try going to Tools:Services. The Mail Delivery Tab is
there I believe

tools | services means the machine is configured in corporate/workgroup
mode. depending on mode, that second tab changes it text between mail
delivery and mail services. i just know that the reconfigure button should
always be on that second tab.

There is not a MAIL SERVICES TAB and no button on any tab
called Reconfigure.

In HELP it does say which mode I,m in; however it is in
IMO mode.

Are you working with a corporate installation of Office/Outlook? (e.g.
Company mandate that outlook be configure a specific way?) The reason that
I ask is that there is a policy that can be set that hides the reconfigure
mail support button on the mail delivery tab of Tools | Options.
