changing " From: " field on outbound e mail

I need to change the " From:" field at the top of my outbound mail from
(e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed)
using outlook 2003
Thanks much in advance

Tools | Email Accounts - View or change existing email accounts, select the
account then Change and change the email address.
