Changing formating with vlookup

Hi,

How can i change the formatting or "mark" the cells in the TABLE_ARRAY where there is a match from a vlookup query?

for ex:

A B C (vlookup returns)
1 aa cc #N/A
2 ss dd #N/A
3 ee aa aa
4 xx yy #N/A

In this case I need cell A1 to have its formatting changed? is it possible?

If there is no way to do it, is it possible to remove or change value of A1 instead of change formatting?
