CHANGING FONTS IN OUTLOOK

My wife can barely read the small fonts in Outlook. I
went into Help and it said to go to the the toolbar under
View and click format. There is no format. How can I
change the fonts for the folders and shortcuts in the
Inbox? Help!

Jerry,

What you need to do is open the e-mail. Rather than just seeing it in the
Preview Pane. Double click on the message so it opens a new window. You'll
see Format there.
