Changing font size in the main application windows

I need to be able to change the default font size (control
panel/display/appearance) of the main windows in system applications. How can
I do that? I cannot find that setting for the life of me. In the settings
detailed above, I can change the font COLOR, but not the size or stroke
weight.

(I'm looking at Win XP right now, but this should be the same or extremely
similar in Win 2K). You should be able to right-click the desktop to get
Display properties. Click the Appearance tab and then click the Advanced
button and you can change fonts here. Is this what you mean? Or you can go
Start>Accesories>Accesibility>Accesibility Wizard and change vision setting
as needed.
