Changing Documents & Settings Directory for CD Based Installation

I want to install Windows XP such that the "Documents and Settings" folder is
located in another location. I know this can be done by the ProfilesDir
entry in the Unattend.txt file. However, I have a Compaq Presario 2203AP
Laptop, with a CD Writer, and no floppy drive (hence cannot place
Unattend.txt on the floppy).

I'd greatly appreciate instructions on writing a CD to enable this.
