Changing default font for the envelopes

I have been trying to change the font for the sender and the addressee in the
envelopes, by clicking the properties >the appropriate font for both and than
clicking on "default". Comes the question "do you want to change the default
font for..." etc., which I OK and I get the right font, for just ONE
envelope. Aftger printing it, the default returns to arial. What do I do
wrong and how do I change it permanently?

You need to edit the Envelope Address and Envelope Return paragraph styles -
