Changing date and time on a network

I am using Win 2000 Pro, can you change everyone's profile with the correct
time and date that the server requires, without going to every workstation
and profile to reset the date and time. I need the military time and the
long date MM/DD/YYYY.

Are you asking about how to change date & time, or
how to change date & time format?
 
I have to change the date and time so that everyone who signs onto the
network, it will automaticly display the right time and date settings that
the software require. Which right now is about 150 profiles, with about 50
workstations.
