Atul,
Another way to change the cell is to select the cell you want to change and then go to Format>Cells>Pattern on the pull down menu.
The headings take the color that is assigned to "3-D Objects" in your Windows color scheme. If you change this you will also change the backgopund color on your pulldown menu, as well as a whole host of other items which you probably don't want to change.
